New Main Facilities and New Branch Facilities

Integrated Building Solutions, Inc. is a full-service provider of design and construction services to the financial industry. IBS has the experience and know-how to provide you with a most effective, state-of-the-art financial facility. Each of the key IBS staff members has over 20 years experience in the design and construction of buildings. Our Project Management staff has played active management roles on projects that total over $1 billion. Our Architectural staff has been involved in the design of over 40 financial facility projects, and our Construction Field Supervision staff has been involved in the construction of over 20 financial facilities, including leading the effort associated with the installation of the bank equipment.

In-Store Branch

Integrated Building Solutions, Inc. has the experience and know-how to complete the design and construction associated with small "in-store" bank branches. IBS recently designed and constructed a 600 SF "in-store" branch bank for TCF Bank that was located within the existing Student Services Building at the Milwaukee Area Technical College's downtown Milwaukee Campus. From the start of demolition of the existing campus offices to opening of the new bank branch, it took IBS only four weeks to complete this challenging project located on the 3rd floor of existing college building in downtown Milwaukee.

Temporary Branch Facilities

Are you looking to take your financial facility into a new market area? Are you unwilling to commit to a new permanent financial facility without testing the waters? Integrated Building Solutions, Inc. is capable of providing complete design/build services including the seamless integration of the electronic and physical security equipment.

IBS recently completed the design and construction of the 2,400 square foot temporary branch facility located in an existing strip mall store front. Due to tenant space time constraints IBS implemented the use of modular office interiors that allowed the build-out of the existing space to be completed in just two weeks.

IBS was able to deliver a turnkey project - including the installation of all bank and security equipment - in an extremely short period of time by working closely and effectively with the client and all of the IBS subcontractors (office interiors, millwork, electrical, signage, glass/storefront, and general carpentry). IBS was also able to save the client money by using rental office fixtures, furnishings and security equipment - including alarm, video, access control, cash safe, and night depository.

Teller Line/Lobby Remodels (Quick Change-Over)

Integrated Building Solutions, Inc. is experienced in the design and construction associated with the remodeling of the existing bank lobbies, offices and teller line areas. IBS effectively plans and completes remodel projects with little or no interruption with the day-to-day operation of the financial facility.

IBS recently completed the remodeling of a 2,400 SF branch bank lobby, offices and teller area. The project consisted of new flooring, ceilings, storefront painting, wall coverings, lighting, doors, cabinetry and teller line casework. The work was completed in a manner that allowed the bank to remain open for business, with the majority of the work being completed after business hours and on weekends. The total time of construction was approximately 90 hours.

Drive-Up Renovations

Integrated Building Solutions, Inc. is experienced in renovating drive-up facilities. IBS can bring to bear the full services of Integrated Security Solutions, Inc. to minimize the amount of time that your drive-up facility is out of service while it is renovated. IBS can even stage the work to allow some lanes to be open while others are being replaced. IBS will also work nights and weekends to accomplish the drive-up renovation with minimal interruption to business functions.

Physical and Electronic Security System Integration

Integrated Building Solutions, Inc. is a design/build company that specializes in financial facilities. Dave Mittlesteadt is the Owner of IBS and Dave also owns Integrated Security Solutions, Inc. which is a full service provider of physical and electronic security systems. ISS is the largest provider of physical and electronic security systems in the State of Wisconsin serving over 1,500 financial facility locations. IBS and ISS are located under one roof and we work closely together to coordinate the integration of the physical and electronic security equipment (bank equipment) into the design and construction of the building.
